Biermans is a very popular Vaal Dam fishing spot in the central part of the dam. Many carp fishing competitions are being held here regularly and it’s also renowned for it’s population of barbel, mudfish and yellowfish.

It’s located on a private farm with a massive shoreline, good ablutions and deep water in certain areas.

  • camping only
  • the usual Vaal suspects: pink sweets, perdeby, garlic and almond
  • and you need distance apparently, so try to cast as deep as possible
